How to use our air shower?

Program A:

Entering the door (walking from outside to inside): Open the outer door, the inner door is energized and self-locked, the air shower room lights are on, after the air shower room, close the outer door, the system will give a voice prompt: people or objects enter the sensing area, when When the system detects a person or object in the sensing area, the system automatically enters the blowing process: the inner and outer doors are automatically locked, the fan starts to start the air shower, and the system starts to count down within a predetermined time.

The fan (orifice plate) can be repaired and maintained; the photoelectric switch is installed under the main box of the air shower room. If you need to replace it, you must first disassemble the return air filter (orifice plate) direction;

The air shower room produced by our company takes 3 seconds after the air shower is over (note: do not force the door to open at this time, so as not to damage the structure of the door) before the inner door can be opened, and the outer door is automatically locked. , Then close the door, the system returns to the initial state, waiting for the next use;

1. If the system cannot detect anyone in the air shower within 3 seconds, the system returns to the standby state

(Infrared detection continues to work);

2. After the air shower is completed and the inner door is unlocked, if the person inside does not leave the air shower room within 5 seconds, the system automatically returns to the standby state. Program B:

Going out (going from inside to outside): Open the inner door, lock the outer door, the light in the air shower room is turned on, close the inner door, enter the air shower room, the system starts to detect whether there are people or objects in the sensing area; if it detects people Or things, the inner and outer doors are unlocked, you can choose the inner door or the outer door to go out at will, after the person goes out, close the door again, the system returns to the initial state;

1. If the system cannot detect anyone in the air shower within 3 seconds, the system returns to the initial state;

2. In the process of going out, if the system detects that someone or something has entered the air shower room, after the inner and outer doors are unlocked, the system will automatically return to the initial state if the person inside does not leave the air shower room within 5 seconds;

C program:

Manual button: When the inner and outer doors are closed, press the manual button, and the system will switch to the air shower process. 1. After the light is on, it will automatically go out if it is not triggered again within 4 minutes.

2. Air shower room lighting button: Use the "air shower room lighting button" to switch the air shower room lighting at any time;

3. Emergency stop button: When the emergency stop button is pressed, the red emergency stop indicator light is on, and the power supply of all output points is disconnected. When it is pressed again, the system returns to the initial state. 4. Up and down buttons: adjust the air shower delay time through the up and down buttons during use (adjustment is prohibited when the system is running), the adjustment range (10-99 seconds), the adjustment time is displayed by the digital tube;
